Humbiumbi is a Brazilian NGO founded in 1996 with a commitment to use the arts, culture and education to further the human development of socially vulnerable children and teenagers.

Since its creation, the NGO develops programs designed to train young people in the local community as the basis for enabling them to take control of their own lives by learning social and professional values as the entry point to the jobs market.

Since 2013, with support from AccorHotels staff in Belo Horizonte and its area (10 hotels involved), this NGO offers a hospitality industry career initiation program to young people in the communities in difficulty.

Solidarity AccorHotels has supported this training centre since it was set upand thus contributes to training 60 new young people a year.

Humbiumbi is a NGO extremely engaged with community and contributes a lot to the personal and professional growth of socially vulnerable youth. I am very proud to participate in this project.
