La Cloche, a French association created in 2014, brings together different initiatives to combat the isolation and lack of self-confidence of homeless people. Since 2014, it has been setting up a solidarity network of neighborhood retailers, Le Carillon, to provide the homeless with daily services that allow them to maintain their dignity.
In 2017, La Cloche is developing an integration action around the production of organic biscuits from spelled flour, La Cloche à Biscuits. The objective is to propose a revenue-generating activity for vulnerable and excluded groups (SDF), particularly adapted to their situation.
Solidarity AccorHotels supports the professionalization of this project.
